Read the terms and conditions carefully
The following standard terms and conditions apply to all subscriptions regarding access to www.radiosparx.com at RadioSparx Scandinavia ApS, CVR 34 59 17 25. The terms and conditions form an integral part of any subscription agreement between the Customer and RadioSparx and can always be viewed at www.radiosparx.co.uk.
Terms of sales and payment
All RadioSparx Scandinavia’s services are paid for by electronic payment card. Information about the cards that are accepted can be found on our website (www.radiosparx.dk). It is a prerequisite for the Agreement that the Customer has an accepted credit card.
The customer’s payment card information is recorded and stored by a third party approved according to international security standards (PCI).
RadioSparx’s normal subscription periods apply from the creation date and are automatically renewed according the payment interval chosen when the agreement was concluded.
When possible, RadioSparx withdraws payment on the first day of each subscription period. All the Customer’s subscription services are settled in advance.
When a subscription is created, the first payment is deducted immediately.
For all payments, an invoice is sent to the Customer via e-mail. Current and previous invoices can be retrieved by logging on to RadioSparx’s website.
If a transaction from the Customer’s payment card cannot be completed, RadioSparx reserves the right to suspend the affected subscriptions.
Card types
RadioSparx Scandinavia accepts Dankort, eDankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY, JCB.
SPECIAL CRITERIA FOR PAYMENT CARDS
Maestro
It is NOT possible to offer subscription payment with a Maestro card.
VISA ELECTRON
The card can basically only be used in physical trade, but some issuers allow e-commerce transactions. Although the card can be used for e-commerce transactions, it is NOT certain that the issuer (the bank) allows subscription payments (recurring payments) with the card. This can result in a situation where the first transaction goes well, but the subsequent one(s) are rejected. Unfortunately, we are unable to inform you which Visa Elektron cards have the option of subscription payment and refer to the card issuer (the bank).
When ordering a subscription, login information is sent to the specified email address, and the music subscription is activated immediately.
Right of cancellation
Changes
RadioSparx can make changes to prices and terms with 30 days’ notice. Changes are notified by e-mail and on RadiosSparx.dk
If there are changes that are only for the benefit of the Customer, they can come into force without notice.
Cancellation and termination of the Agreement
The customer can cancel one, several or all his subscriptions at any time. If the Customer cancels all subscriptions, the agreement ends. The termination is affected at the end of the current subscription period (typically the current calendar month).
Termination must be done via the RadioSparx.co.uk website.
RadioSparx can terminate the Agreement without notice if the Customer has breached the Agreement.
Upon termination of the Agreement, the customer must return the music player, if one has been made available in connection with the subscription.
If the player is not returned after 14 days after termination of subscription, RadioSparx is entitled to invoice the Customer for the music player without notice.
Receipt
The receipt for the purchase is sent to the entered e-mail address. The customer himself is responsible for the correctness of the information entered.
Criteria for subscription payment
Before a withdrawal via payment card can occur, card information must match PBS’s card database. The payment card must be active, and it must be possible to complete a transaction of the subscription amount. The payment card used for subscription withdrawals must be able to make online transactions.
Updating payment card information
Card information can be updated by logging in to Radiosparx.co.uk and selecting “User profile” – “Authorize payment card”.
The customer is responsible for the correctness of the card information at all times. If this is not complied, RadioSparx can deactivate/terminate the subscription without notice.
Transfer
The customer cannot, without prior written permission from RadioSparx, transfer the Agreement to a new customer.
RadioSparx may at any time transfer the Agreement or parts of it to a company affiliated with Firmafon, or as part of a general transfer of Firmafon’s activities to a third party.
